Nankatta - Indian Butter Biscuits

Nankatta Ingredients (20 biscuits)200 g flour75g milk powder75 g icing sugar75g butter1/4 tsp cardomom powder 1 tsp baking powder  A pinch of saltMethod Sieve the flour and baking powder together. Add chopped butter & icing sugar to the flour.With the fingers rub them to get a crumb mixture.Add cardomom powder & a pinch of salt.Cover & keep in the refrigerator for an hour. Make small balls, flatten & arrange on a baking tray.  Bake for 12 - 15 mn until risen.
