Jaffna Thosai - Srilankan Pancake

Jaffna Thosai Ingredients1cup splitted urad dal(uzhunnu parippu)1 tsp fenugreek seeds 1 cup cooked parboiled rice 1cup white rice Salt to taste Water Oil for frying Method Soak urad dal & fenugreek seeds in a bowl for 4 hours.Soak white rice in another bowl.(4 hours)Blend urad dal to a fine paste & transfer to a large bowl.Then blend white rice & cooked rice to a fine paste.Add to the blended urad dal.Add salt & mix well.Cover & keep aside to ferment overnight.***Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with...
