Kaiserschmarrn - Austraian Emperor's Pancake

Kaiserschmarrn Ingredients30g raisins + 2 tbsp rum125g flour300ml milk30g sugar  40g butter (frying) 4 eggs(separated) A pinch of salt 75g vanilla sugar  Sugar & toasted almond flakes Method Soak the raisins in the rum & keep aside. Mix flour with milk, egg yolks ,& salt (without any lumps). Add soaked raisins &stir.Then beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Add to the batter & just stir.Heat a nonstick pan with a cube of butter. Pour a ladle full of batter.( a thick pancake)Cover...
