Pazha Payasam - Malabar Special

Pazha Payasam Ingredients 2 plantains (half ripe) 1 tbsp flour8 cubes of jagerry 2 cups of coconut milkA pinch of salt1/4 tsp cardomom powder1 tbsp coconut piecesGheeMethodPeel the plantains & cut in chunks.Cook in a cup of water. When cooked, separate the plantain pieces & water.Mix flour with drained water without any lumps.
