Khobz Dar - Algerian Bread

Khobz DarIngredients300g Semolina 150g flour1 tsp salt20g fresh yeast 1 tsp nigella seeds2 tsp sesame seeds An egg100ml olive oil230 ml luke warm milkAn egg yolk + 2 tbsp milk MethodDilute 20gms fresh yeast in luke warm milk. Leave aside for 10 mn.Take semolina+flour+salt  in a bowl. Add an egg & a spoonfull of nigella seeds.
