Korean Scallion Pancakes

Scallion PancakesIngredients200g flour2 tbsp corn flour2 eggs (beaten) 1 cup chopped scallions Salt to taste400ml water 1 tbsp sesame oil MethodMix the both flours  in a bowl. Add water, beaten eggs & stir again (without any lumps). If the batter is thick, add some more water. Then add chopped scallions & keep aside for 15mn.Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
