Salty & Spicy Kouglof - Alsace Special

Kouglof Ingredients 20g fresh yeast200 ml luke warm milk400g flour150g butter (melted)2 eggs (beaten)100g grated cheese (emmental)1 tsp cumin seeds1 tbsp peanuts2 onions (chopped)1 green chilli (chopped)A piece of ginger(chopped)Few curry leaves(chopped)1 cup chopped ham (fried)Peanuts / almonds (decoration)MethodDilute yeast in luke warm milk.Mix all the other ingredients & knead for 10mn; Fry chopped ham & add to the batter.Cover & keep the dough aside for an hour. ***Grease & flour the...
