Stir Fried Kovakka / Ivy Gourd

Kovakka VaravuIngredients 250 g kovakka (vertically sliced)2 onions (chopped)2 tbsp dessicated coconut/ freshly grated1/4 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp chilli powder2 tbsp waterSalt to tasteCurry leavesOil for fryingTo temper2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp musturd seeds1/2 tsp cumin seeds1 dried red chilli1/2 tsp urud dal seedsCurry leaves MethodDeep fry the sliced kovakka in a pan or in deep fryer.Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
