UpmaWith Malabar Spinach

Malabar Spinach Upma Ingredients2 cups semolina 3 cups water  2 chillies(half slit)1 onion (chopped)A small piece of ginger (chopped)1 tsp salt 1 tsp urud dal seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 2 tbsp olive oil A dried chilli Curry leaves Few tender shoots of malabar spinach (chopped)MethodWash & separate leaves & stem of malabar spinach.Chop them separately & keep aside.Dry roast semolina in a pan for 8 min and keep aside.Heat oil in a casserole.
