Meloui - Morroccan Flat Bread

  Meloui Ingredients300 g flour200g semolina200 ml water1 tsp saltOil /gheeMethodMix first four ingredients & knead well.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.Spray some more flour & knead it again .Make evenly sized balls. Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it as thin as possible.Spread some oil & fold from either sides.Then roll & keep aside.Repeat the same with other dough balls.Then press & flatten using a roller.
