Daikon Radish Paratha

Daikon Radish ParathaIngredientsHalf of a daikon radish( white radish)2 tbsp scraped fresh coconut / dessicated coconut2 green chillies2 shallots curry leaves1 tsp fennel seeds250 g flour250g whole wheat flour1 tbsp oil1 tsp saltOil for fryingMethodBlend first six ingredients in a mixer & add to the flour.Mix all the other ingredients & keep aside for 2/3 hours.Daikon radish contains water - so no need to add water.Make evenly sized balls.
