Moroccan Fried Fish Ingredients1 tsp chilli powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp paprika powder1 tbsp tomato puree1/2 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp cumin powder1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper2 garlic cloves(paste)2 tbsp oilJuice of a lemonSalt to taste*** 4 porgies (Saupe) MethodMix the first 10 ingredients in a bowl & keep aside.
