Spicy Mussel Gratin

Mussel Gratin Ingredients 15 mussels (big ones)Topping 2 egg yolks1 tbsp musturd pasteA green chilli(chopped)2 cloves of garlic( chopped)A shallot(chopped)A pinch of saffron(optional)Curry leaves (chopped)Bread crumbs * Preparing Mussels*Shells must be scrubbed in water with a stiff brush to remove any barnacles & sand. Just warm them in a sauce pan with somewater.When just open , remove from fire. With a knife open the shell, cut off the beard. Scoop out the flesh from one shell.
