Curried Oysters - Malabar Style

Fried Oysters Ingredients400g shucked oysters2 big onions(finely sliced)2 garlic cloves A piece of ginger1/2 tsp chilli powder1/4 tsp turmeric powder Freshly ground pepperOil for frying Salt to tasteCoriander leaves / Curry leaves  Method Heat oil in a skillet & fry onions till light golden brown.Then add ginger+garlic paste & fry for a while.Add red chilli powder, turmeric & salt.Fry for a few minuites & then stir in oysters.Add a cup of water & mix well.Cover & cook for 10mn.When the sauce...
