Mysore Bhajia - Karnataka Special

Mysore Bhajia Ingredients 1 cup flour1/4 cup rice flour  A green chilli (chopped)2 shallots (chopped)A piece of ginger ( chopped)1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cumin seedsSalt to tasteChopped curryleavesCurd to make a thick batterOil for fryingMethodMix all the  ingredients with curd to make a thick batter.Keep aside for some time.Heat oil in a frying pan & spoon the preapred batter.Deep fry bhajjias to golden brown.Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
