Aravana PayasamIngredients1 cup rice grains3 cups water2 cloves3 tbsp ghee  6 cubes of jaggeryA pinch of saltA pinch of dried ginger powder(chukku)1/4 tsp cardomom powderRaisins & Cashews MethodGently heat jaggery & water to make a thick syrup.Strain it & keep aside.Fry rice grains+ cloves in 1 tbsp ghee.Stir in water & cook  for 15mn.(don't overcook)When cooked, add jagerry syrup & the remaining ghee.Stir well so that the jagerry is well mixed with the rice.When it thickens, remove from...
