Neyychorru - Malabar Ghee Rice

Ghee Rice Ingredients4 cups Basmati rice6 cups water1 tsp salt1 Cinnamon stick3 cardomom pods1 star anise3 cloves.2 tbsp ghee / oil For decoration1 tbsp oil/ ghee1 small onion finely sliced1 tsp sugarRaisins &  cashew nutsA pinch of saffron / yellow colour1 hand full of coriander choppedMethodBoil water, add salt & keep aside.
