Normandy Apple Tart Ingredients1 frozen pastry 3 apples 100g almond powder2 eggs100g sugar 100g thick cream1/2 tsp vanilla esssence1/2 tsp ground cinnamon  Icing sugar for dustingMethod Wash apples. Peel, seed, and cut  in cubes.Beat eggs with sugar.Add almond powder & cream.Mix well & then add cinnamon powder & vanilla essence.Preheat oven 200°C.
