Tamilnadu Potato Fritters

Potato Vada   Ingredients3 medium sized potatoes An egg  1 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp hing1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste 5 tbsp gram flour 3 tbsp rice flour Chopped curry leavesOil for frying Method Peel,wash & slice potatoes into 2 cm thickness. Beat an egg with chopped curryleaves. Add both the flours (gram + rice) & mix well. If the batter is thick add some water. Keep aside for 15 min. Add chilli powder, hing & cumin seeds.
