Rice Batura

Rice Batura Ingredients1 cup rice flour11/2 cup flourAn egg1tbsp  yogurt5g fresh yeast1/2 glass luke warm water1/2 tsp saltOil for fryingMethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Set aside for 15 mn.Mix all the ingredients & knead well.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it into thick disc.
