Pazham NurukkuIngredients2 medium ripe plantains 5 cubes of jagerryA pinch of salt1/2 tsp cardomom powder1 tbsp gheeMethodGently heat jaggery & water to make a thick syrup.Strain it & keep aside.Wash & cut plaintain as coins in 1" thickness.Steam cook plantains along with skin. Peel & again slice it. Heat the strained jaggery syrup in a thick bottomed vessel.When it thickens, add plantain coins. When the plantain coins are glazed, add ghee & cardomom powder.Remove from fire & serve your loved...
