Sheermal Ingredients 250g whole wheat flour250g flour 15g fresh yeast (1 tsp dried yeast)1 tsp sugar 100 ml luke warm water  100ml milkaffron strands2 tbsp ghee(melted)Ghee for frying Method Dilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar. Set aside for 15 minuites.Mix milk with saffron strands & keep aside.Mix all the ingredients & knead well.
