Korean Shrimp Pancakes

Shrimp Pancakes  Ingredients250g small shrimps(( fresh/frozen)3 shallots(finely chopped)1 big green chilli(finely chopped) A piece of ginger(finely chopped)1 cup chopped scallionsFinely chopped chivesSalt to taste***200g flour 2 tbsp corn flour2 eggs (beaten)  400ml water 1 tbsp sesame oilMethod  Thaw frozen shrimps by running coldwater over them. Then blot dry with kitchen paper.Marinate them with chopped shallots,chilli, ginger & salt. Cover with a lid & keep aside.***Mix the both flours  in a bowl... [Lire la suite]
