Upma with an Italian touch

Upma Ingredients 2 cups semolina 3 cups water 1 tbsp tomato purée 2 chillies(half slit) 1 onion (chopped)A small piece of ginger (chopped) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp urad dal seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 2 tbsp olive oilA dried chilliCurry leaves Few basil leaves(chopped)Method Dry roast semolina in a pan for 8 min and keep aside.  Heat oil in a casserole.
