Pompe a l' Huile Ingredients 250g flour 40g cane sugar 80 ml luke warm water + 1 tsp sugar10g fresh yeast100 ml olive oilA pinch of salt1 tsp aniseeds2 tsp orange flower essenceFor glaze3 tbsp milkMethodPreheat oven to 180°.Dilute yeast in luke warm water.Mix all the other ingredients & knead for 10mnCover & keep the dough aside for 3 hours. On the baking tray, lay a parchement paper.
