Tapioca Vada

Tapioca Vada   IngredientsA tapioca An egg (optional)  1 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp hing 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste  1 cup gram flour  1/2 cup rice flour Chopped curry leaves Oil for frying Method Peel,wash & slice tapioca using mandoline. Beat an egg with chopped curryleaves. Add both the flours (gram + rice) & mix well. If the batter is thick add some water. Keep aside for 15 min. Add chilli powder, hing & cumin seeds.
