Thalipeeth - Maharashtrian Paratha.

Akki Rotti

 Akki RottiIngredients2 cups rice powder2 tbsp dessicated coconut2 shallots finely chopped1/2 tsp chilli powder1/4 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp cumin seeds1 green chilli finely chopped1 tsp saltChopped coriander leaves1 1/2 cup warm waterMethodMix all the ingredients & keep aside for 1 hour.Make lemon sized balls.Take a dough ball & pat it into thick rotti using some oil.Heat a non stick pan , grease & cook the rotti.Flip & cook the other side.
