Rava Amboli - Urad Dal-Rava Dosa

Urad Dal Rava Dosa Ingredients100g splitted urad dal(uzhunnu parippu)1 tsp fenugreek seeds 1 cup semolina(rava)1 cup curdSalt to taste Water Oil for fryingMethod Soak urad dal & fenugreek seeds in a bowl for 4 hours.Then blend to a fine paste.Add yogurt,semolina & saltAdd water to the batter to get a semi liquid stage.Cover & keep aside for  an hour.***Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
