Black Gram Vada

Uzhunnu VadaIngredients 2 cups urud dal powder2 green chillies (chopped)3 shallots (chopped)A piece of ginger ( chopped)1/2 tsp baking powderSalt to tasteChopped curryleavesWater to make a thick batterOil for fryingMethod Mix first seven ingredients with water to make a thick batter.Keep aside for some time.Heat oil in a  frying pan.Dip your hands in water / oil.Take a lemon size ball of the the batter & make a hole in the middle.Deep fry vada's  until golden brown.Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen...
