Srilankan Rotti - Pol Rotti

Srilankan RottiIngredients500 g flour250 ml luke warm water2 tbsp Scraped fresh coconut/ dessicated coconut3 shallots(chopped)2 green chillies (chopped)Chopped curry leaves1 tsp saltOil (Coconut oil)MethodMix all the ingredients & keep aside for 2/3 hours.Make evenly sized balls. Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller. Heat non stick pan .
