Punjabi Bhindi Masala

Vendakka  MasalaIngredients250g lady's finger / Okra2 onions (sliced)1 tsp ginger paste1 tsp garlic paste1 tbsp coriander powder1/2 tsp red chilli powder1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masalaCurry leaves Oil for fryingMethod Heat oil in a pan & fry cumin seeds.Add chopped onions & fry till light golden brown.Add chopped okra's & fry on a medium flame.Then add ginger-garlic paste + salt + chilli powder +turmeric powder+ coriander powder.
