Spinach-Onion fritters

Spinach - Onion Vada Ingredients100g tender spinach leaves (chopped)4 finely sliced onions1 tsp chilli powderAn egg1 tsp chopped ginger1 tsp salt3 tbsp gram flour1 tbsp rice flourCurry leaves / coriander leaves ( chopped)Oil for fryingMethodMix first five ingredients & keep aside for some time.Add the gram flour & mix.If the batter is thick add some water.Keep aside for 15 min.
