Pulihora / Tamarind rice

Pulihora Ingredients3 cups  of cooked Basmati rice1 tsp musturd seeds1 tsp splitted urad dal 1 tsp splitted channa dal 1 dried red chilli 2 green chillies (half slit)2 springs of fresh curry leaves1 tsp turmeric powder Apinch of hing1 jaggery cube1/2 cup peanuts Lemon size tamarind pulpVegetable oil Method Soak tamarind in water & keep aside for 10 min.Extract the juice.Heat oil in a pan.
