Scallops Curry

Scallops Curry Ingredients 500 g frozen scallops 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder1tbsp dijon mustard paste ***Oil for frying1 tsp mustard seeds2 onions (thinly sliced)A green chilli (half slit) 2 garlic cloves(chopped)A piece of ginger(chopped)Curry leavesA pinch of cumin powder Method Thaw frozen scallops by running coldwater over them.
