Cauliflower/Gobi Manchurian.

Cauliflower Manchurian

Ingredients
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 cauliflower
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soya sauce
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/4 " ginger finely chopped
2 green chillies
1 big onion finely chopped
a handfull of chopped spanish beans
Method
Make a batter using first four ingredients & water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take each floret, dip in the batter & fry till golden brown.
Drain in a kitchen paper & keep aside.
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Fry onions till light golden brown.
Add garlic, ginger, chillies & beans.
Fry for a few minuites.
Add tomato purée, salt & sugar.
Add some water & simmer for few minutes.
Then add deep fried cauliflower florets.
Cook for 5 min.
If the sauce is completely reduced add soya sauce & stir.
Garnish with coriandr leaves & serve  with Indian bread / rice.
