Meat Loaf
500 g minced meat
2 onions(chopped)
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 cloves of garlic + a piece of ginger (make a paste)
2 eggs
100g bread crumbs
1 green chilli(chopped)
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Curry leaves / coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Topping
1 tbsp musturd paste
1 tbsp Ketchup
Method
Mix all the ingredients & keep inthe refrigerator for 2hrs.
Preheat oven to 240°C (Th-8).
Pat the meat mixture on a greased dish & brush with topping
Bake for 20-25.
Slice & serve hot.
You can decorate ur meat loaf with roasted pine seeds.
