Mangalore style Chicken Ghee Roast.

Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
***
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
A piece of ginger ( 1tsp ginger paste)
4 garlic cloves (1 tsp garlic paste)
Salt to taste
3 tbsp ghee

Method
Cook chicken with salt & turmeric.
Grind the other ingredients into a fine paste.
Heat ghee in thick bottomed vessel.
Add the chilli paste & then the cooked chicken pieces.
Fry them on medium heat.
When the sauce is almost dry remove from fire.
Garnish with curry leaves & serve.
