Ingredients
3 medium sized potatoes
1 green chilli (half slit)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Half cup water
1 cup whipped curd

1/2 tsp musturd seeds
1/4 tsp nigella seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
2 cloves
A piece of cinnamon
2 bay leaves
A pinch of hing
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method
Wash peel & cut potatoes in cubes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter musturd seeds, cumin seeds fennels seeds & nigella seeds.
Then add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves & curry leaves .
Add cubed potatoes & fry for a while.
Add chilli powder, tumeric powder, coriander powder , green chilli & salt.
Fry for a while & add water.
Simmer for 15mn , until the potatoes are tender.
Remove from fire & set aside to cool.
Add whipped curd & stir well.
Just warm the sauce on medium flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with urad dal poori.
