Bindya - South Indian Sweet

Ingredients
1 small coconut(grated)
1 tbsp splitted moong dal
10 cubes of jagerry + halfcup water (melted & strained)
1/2 tsp cardomom powder
50g butter / ghee

Method
Gently heat jaggery & water to make a syrup.
Strain it & keep aside.
Heat the strained jagerry in a thick bottomed vessel along with grated coconut & moong daal. 
Stir continuosly with a wooden spatule.
When it leaves the sides of pan, add ghee.
Remove from fire & garnish with cardomom powder.
Mix well & let it cool.
Grease ur palm & make bindya balls.
