X'mas Tree Muffins

Ingredients
  125g yogurt
Flour - 3 yogurt containers
Sugar - 2 yogurt containers
Butter / Veg oil - 1/2 yogurt container
 2 tsp baking powder  
A pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
 3 eggs
*Butter Icing*
200g icing sugar
100g butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence(optional)
Green food colour & Smarties
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream together the butter, sugar, yogurt & salt on medium speed with a paddle attachment.
Add beaten eggs.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add essence/ nutmeg powder.Pour the batter into the greased 12 hole muffin tray.
Bake for 15- 20mn until risen & golden-brown.
Keep aside to cool

Cream together butter & icing sugar.
Addfood colour & essence.
Keep half an hour in refigerator.
After icing , decorate with smarties.
Mini X'mas Trees are ready for Christmas.
