Carrot Palada Pradaman
Ingredients
125g Rice Ada (Suraj)
1 carrot (small)
2 cloves
3 cups of milk
1/2 tin condensed milk(200g)
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardomom powder
Raisins & Cashews
Method
Wash, peel & cut carrot in coins.
Gently heat milk with cloves.
When it boils add soaked ada & carrot.
When cooked, remove from fire.
Blend the carrots into fine paste along with some milk.
Add the carrot paste, condensed milk & sugar.
Gently heat to get a thick consistency.
Add a pinch of salt,cardomom powder & stir well.
Decorate with fried raisins & cashews.
Enjoy Carrot Palada Pradaman.
