Zebra Brownies

Ingredients
125g black chocolate
125g butter
75g flour
150g sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

150g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
An egg
50 g sugar 
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Method
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add butter & mix well.
In another bowl beat eggs & sugar.
Sieve the flour&  fold into the cake mixture.
Add chocolate butter mixture  & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan(rectangular).

Whip the cream cheese with sugar, egg & vanilla sugar.
Spread it over the brownie mix & stir with a fork .
Preheat oven to Th-180°C & bake for 30mn.
Cool, cut in squares & serve with tea.
