150g cream cheese ( Philadelphia)
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp milk powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
** for syrup**
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp cardomom powder
Few strands of saffron
Mix first four ingredients to get a stiff dough.
Grease ur palm & make berry sized balls./
Keep aside for 20 mn.
Heat oil in a pan & deep fry them .
Roll them while frying so that all the sides are golden brown.
Drain & keep aside to cool .
Prepare syrup in a thick bottomed vessel.
When the syrup is thick , add saffron strands & cardomom powder.
Then drop the fried gulab jamuns in hot syrup.
Transfer them to the serving cups & serve ur loved ones.
