1 cup urad dal powder(papad powder)
1 1/2 cup ragi flour (finger millet)
1 tsp fenugreek seeds (fine powder)
Salt to taste
Mix both the flours in a bowl .
Add water to the batter to get a semi liquid stage.
Grind fenugreek seeds to fine powder.
Add salt & fenugreek powder & mix well.
Cover & keep aside for 5 hours.
Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
Pour a spoon full of batter & spread carefully.
Dribble some oil over the dosa.
Flip & cook the other side
Serve hot with chutney / curry.
