Chocolate-Coffee Cake

Ingredients
200g black chocolate
150g butter
100g sugar
50g flour
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
40g instant coffee mix
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Dilute coffee powder in water.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in a microwave oven 2 mn. 
Add chopped butter & mix well. 
Then add sugar & coffee.

In another bowl beat eggs & add to the chocolate mix.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake for 25- 30mn, Th 180°C.
Serve with tea.
