Salmon with Creamy Leek

Ingredients
4 salmon filets 
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
*Leek*
3 leeks  sliced)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
10g butter
A green chilli (half slit)
A piece of ginger (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tbsp fresh cream
Garam masala
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method
Wash fish & blot dry with kitchen paper.
Marinate fish with,chilli  tumeric & salt & keep aside for an hour.
Shallow fry both sides & keep aside.

Heat butter in a sauce pan & fry ginger & garlic.
The add sliced leek along with green chilli & turmeric.
Cover & cook for a while.
Remove from fire & the add whipped cream.
Add fried salmon filets
Garnish with garam masala & coriander leaves.
Serve with rice / bread.
