Banana Bread Cake 

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
200g flour
50g whole wheat flour
90g sugar
125g butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt
Chopped walnuts (optional)
Pine nuts for topping
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream together the butter, sugar & salt .
Add beaten eggs & mashed banana.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Then add cinnamon  powder & chopped walnuts.
Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake pan & top with pine nuts.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(35-40mn)
Serve with tea.
