Beurre Normand - Apple Clafoutis

Ingredients
60g raisins

3 tbsp Calvados + 1 tbsp water
**
3 apples golden (peel,core & cubed)
30g butter
**
100g sugar
4 eggs
100g flour
A pinch of salt 
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Icing sugar for dusting

Method
Soak raisins in Cavados + water & keep aside

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Fry apple cubes with butter & 50g sugar.
When caramalised ,add cinnamon powder & keep aside.
Beat eggs yolks with rest of the sugar.
Sieve the flour and fold into the cake mixture. 
At last add caramalised apple cubes & soaked raisins.
Beat egg whites & mix gently. 
Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(30mn).
Dust with icing sugar & serve with tea.
