 Crustless Quiche with Leftover Roast Chicken

Ingredients
3 onions(sliced)

A leek (sliced)
A carrot(chopped)
A cup of leftover roast chicken (minced)
2 green chillies (cut in coins)

A piece of ginger(chopped)
1tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chicken masala 
Chopped Curry Leaves
Oil for frying

3 eggs (beaten)
100g thick cream
50g flour
30g corn flour

Freshly ground black pepper

Grated cheese (optional)
Method
Heat oil in a pan & fry onions to light golden brown.

Add all the other ingredients along with chicken masala.
Remove from fire & then garnish with curry leaves.

Beat eggs & then add whipped cream & cumin seeds .
Add flour, corn flour & the prepared mix & stir.
Transfer to a greased lightly floured tart tin.

Pre-heat oven 180°C & bake for 25 mn .
Take out from the oven & scatter grated cheese over it.
Return to the oven & bake for another 2mn.
Serve hot.
