Spicy Semolina Paratha
Ingredients
250g semolina
***
2 cups water
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp hing
Salt to taste

1 tsp fennel seeds
A green chilli (chopped)
A piece of ginger(chopped)
A big onion (chopped)
2 shallots(chopped)
Curry leaves(chopped)
Coriander leaves(chopped)
Method
Boil water & then add oil, salt & hing.
Add semolina with one hand & stir with th the other.
Remove from fire & add the rest of the ingredients.
Cover & keep aside for 10 mn.

Make evenly sized balls .
Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller.
Heat a non stick pan & just smear some oil.
Cook the roll out paratha.
When it turns brown, flip & cook the otherside.
Serve hot with Veg / Non Veg curry.
